Cho mình hỏi công thức câu bị động dạng đặc biệt( câu tường thuật)....

Tại sao ở câu này: "She reported that the flowers were killed by frost" chúng ta lại đổi thành:"The flowers was reported to be killed by frost" mà không phải là:"The flowers was reported to have been killed by frost"

These cover a range of things relevant to life beyond school, from sending an e-mail to giving presentation to an audience.
