Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. You know, it’s funny, for as long as we’ve known each other, we’ve spent very little time actually around each other. But I really wanted to tell you how much the time we’ve spent together has meant to me, and I also wanted to say thank you.
We don’t really think about it much, but the words “thank you” can accomplish so much and can convey more than one could possibly imagine.
Thank you for being one of the first people to be nice to me in elementary school. I think you saw the fear in my eyes when I showed up at a new school where most of you had kind of grown up around each other. You hung out with me on the playground and would always invite me to play games with you at recess.
Thank you for always being the same back then, no matter what. I sadly hit my popular peak in fifth grade, and even though we were in the same class we didn’t talk so much. That was my fault and I’m sorry.
While I was feeling the joy of being popular, you were being labeled as troublemaker — and worse, a lost cause — by the very adults that were supposed to be guiding us, teaching us, nurturing us. No child should be made to feel that way.

3. As for me I spent a week in Turkey. I took the plane in Paris
and flew for three and a half hours to Izmir. There a woman
was waiting for us to drive us by bus to Kusadasi (pronounced
kouchadaseu). She is a French woman who married a Turkish
man five years ago. She is from Lievin, in the North of France.
She confessed that her husband followed her to France but
he didn't get used to the weather. It was a bit too wet and
too cold for him. So, they went back to Turkey. He then
became the manager of a hotel (not the one we went to) and
she started working for a holidays group at the hotel where
we went.
We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel which is based very
close to the sea. How wonderful it is to have meals almost on
the beach, listening to the waves and looking at the sun
downing in the evening. We could have a glass, then go to the
beach and as soon as we were thirsty come back to the bar
and have another glass before swimming a little. It was very
comfortable. I loved it.
Concerning the site, it was very beautiful. The beach was in
front of us and on the right side, we had a view on the
mountains. We even took a boat to some little beaches on the
edge of these mountains. The water was like a warm bath.
And you'd say, what about Turkish people? They are really
nice. They don't speak a lot of French, but if you can speak English, I assure you you can spend good time with them. I
had the feeling that they didn't know what to do to please us.
I have never met so nice people. I advise you to go there,
really, you'll come back with so many souvenirs in your minds.

My favourite restaurant is Tin Tin, which is in Tu Moi, Quynh Phu, Thai Binh. It was the first restaurant that I went to. That day, I went with my family. It brought memories that I can hardly forget. We ate hot pot, which is very popular in restaurants. My favorite food that day was beans, which is also my favorite food. It's really great. We sat down to eat on the balcony, where there was a landscape of a vast lotus lake. The waiter was very kind, we went home satisfied. I will miss this restaurant and the trip that day.

This travel guide is for people who want to visit Ha Long Bay, one of the seven natural wonders in the world. Ha Long Bay is located in Quang Ninh province which is in the north of Vietnam. Most people like music and so do I. I like music because it is my favourite entertainment in my free time. Moreover, music is good for my spiritual relaxation and helps release my work-related stress. My favourite music genre/style is POP due to four reasons.
Firstly, I am most spiritually relaxed by listening to POP music as it makes me feel excited and comfortable. For this reason, I listen to it every afternoon.
Secondly, it makes me more positive and active so that I can do my works better.
Thirdly, by sharing the common interest in POP music, I can make a lot of fiends around the worlds without the need of speaking their own language.
Finally, I believe that listening to POP music makes me smarter in my daily activities.
Different people have different taste in music but I think POP music is the most popular and has the largest number of fans. In VN, My Tam is the top POP singers with thousands of followers including me. Nevertheless, there are so many kinds of music in this world and I believe all of them are good in bringing people closer and making people love their lives even more.
