Fiona is my neighbor. She turned twelve recently and her parents held a birthday party for her. I was one of those invited.
The party began at about three in the afternoon. There were about twenty of us children gathered in Fiona's house. We were all dressed in our best clothes. Everyone, especially Fiona, wore a happy smile.
We gave our presents to Fiona and she happily opened them. It must really be exciting to receive all those presents.
After that Fiona's mother served us soft drinks and delicious tidbits. We then played some games "Musical Chairs" and "Treasure Hunt". The winners were given prizes.
At about four-thirty Fiona's mother brought out the birthday cake. It was beautifully decorated with pink and white icing. Twelve colorful candles sat in the middle of the cake. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Fiona after which she blew out the candles and cut the cake. We clapped out hands eagerly.
We helped ourselves to slices of the delicious cake. Then we continued our games.
Finally at about six in the evening the party came to an end. We were all tired but happy. The parents of the other children came to collect them. I helped Fiona and her mother clean up the mess we made. After that I walked home which was only two doors away.
Today, I am 13 years old, so I hold a birthday party at my house. The party began at 7h p.m and finished at 9h30 p.m on October 15th. I invited a lot of close friends ad intimate friends take part in the party. There is a two layer birthday cake with fifteen candles on the table. After people sang “Happy Birthday” song, I blew out the candles and cut the cake. Everybody ate cake, went to KTV and played mini games together. Finally, my friends returned their home, although they all tired, they felt so happy. Regarding me, I cleaned and washed up the party, then I went to sleep.

Túi xách của cô đi đường may mắn được tìm lại và không mất mát gì. Cô cảm ơn chú cảnh sát rối rít và vui vẻ về đồn để lấy lời khai. Từ hôm đó, em luôn ước ao mình lớn thật nhanh để có thể trở thành nữ cảnh sát, bắt hết những tên cướp, bảo vệ sự bình yên cho mọi người.

Sinh nhật là dịp của đoàn tụ và hạnh phúc. Đây là dịp thích hợp để để hiện tình thương yêu với người mà mình yêu thương. Sinh nhật của em gái mình là vào chủ nhật tuần trước, hôm ấy vừa tròn 15 tuổi. Nó mời rất nhiều khách tới cả người thân và bạn bè. Cả gia đình mình đều bận rộn chuẩn bị bữa tiệc. Bữa tiệc được tổ chức ngoài trời để khách mời tận hường được không khí trong lành. Xung quang được trang trí với nhất nhiều bóng bay và đèn nhấp nháy sặc sỡ màu sắc. Từ 6 giờ tối khách mời bắt đầu đến vì bữa tiệc sẽ được tổ chức lúc 7 giờ. Gia đình mình nồng nhiệt chào đón khách ở cổng nhà. Vào đúng 7 giờ, tất cả mọi người có mặt tập hợp lại xung quang bàn tiệc để hát chúc mừng sinh nhật và vỗ tay. Sau đó em gái mình bắt đầu thổi nến. Đó là một chiếc bánh socola lớn được trang trí đẹp mắt với kẹo và kem đầy màu sắc. Rất nhiều món được bày ra với đầy đủ kẹo, bánh quy, hoa quả, bánh ngọt, đồ uống... Bữa tiệc tràn đầy sự hứng khởi và niềm vui và đầy tiếng cười cả buổi. Em ấy được nhận rất nhiều món quà ý nghĩa đến nỗi đã bật khóc vì hạnh phúc. Sau khi bữa tiệc kết thúc, khách nói lời tạm biệt và ra về. Gia đình mình bắt đầu dọn dẹp và nhanh chóng đi ngủ. Đó là 1 ngày vất vả nhưng tràn đầy niềm vui và ý nghĩa.
Everybody has his own birthday which is considered to be the most important and meaningful day of the year. I just attended a birthday party two days ago. It was my best friend's birthday who turned nineteen that day. It was only a simple party outside with about 10 people present on the occasion. It was not sophisatedly decorated, without any balloons or banners at all. Patio furniture was placed in a corner of the garden for us to throw the party. All the guests were warmly welcomed by the host. We carefully selected a beautiful dress and a bouquet as presents for her birthday. After she blew out the candles, we wished her a prosperous life ahead and then he unwrapped all the gifts. She was extremely cheerful and delighted all the time. After that, we turned on vibrant music and enjoy ourselves at the party. The exciting atmosphere really made us satisfied and contented. After having a good time at the party, we realised it was 10 o'clock and had to return home.
