It is common that the highest management of businesses is covered by senior and experienced leaders. However, some people believe in the fact, that young generation should take over. Th experience is something people learn over the years, as a result of this, young people are not suitable to be in leading position.

Young generation accommodated easily to new technology and software than their elder society, based on this fact, their performance in leadership will be highly appreciated. Some people say that there shouldn't be examinations but i don't agree about this problem. i think, nowadays, students go to school not only study for their selves, they also study for many diffrent things.
Firstly, if there are many examinations from schools, students will have to study hard in order to pass those examinations and affirm their learning so they will try and exert all one's strength
Sencondly, examinations help students recognize of learning by their selves
Thirdly, examinations help student know things they are bad and things they need to try better and continue to study harder .
