Christmas is well known all around the world for its special features. It occurs on 24 and 25th December but it starts from the beginning of the month. In Vietnam, Christmas has become more and more popular, especially to young people. On this day, people often decorate their houses and prepare presents,…Even so, many households in big cities buy the Christmas tree. They prepares and decorates it with colorful electric lights, gifts and and small bells. Children also love Christmas day so much. They prepare clean stocks for receiving the presents from the Santa Claus. Under the cover of darkness on 25th December night, people often go to the church to pray for best things or gather to share happiness together. In conclusion, Christmas day has become one of the most popular festivals in our country, brings a new color to the picture of a civilized religious culture in Viet Nam.

Giáng sinh được biết đến trên toàn thế giới bởi những đặc trưng thú vị của nó. Nó diễn ra vào ngày 24 và 25 tháng mười hai nhưng bắt đầu từ đầu tháng. Ở Việt Nam, Giáng sinh trở nên phổ biến, đặc biệt là đối với giới trẻ. Vào ngày nàu\y, mọi người thường trang trí nhà cửa, chuẩn bị quà tặng. Thâm chí, nhiều gia đình ở các thành phố lớn mua cây thông Giáng sinh. Họ chuẩn bị và trang trí các đèn nhấp nháy nhiều màu sắc, quà và những cái chuông nhỏ. Trẻ em cũng rất thích ngày Giáng sinh. Chúng chuẩn bị những chiếc tất sạch để nhận những món quà từ ông già Nô-en. Trong sự bao phủ của màn đêm ngày lễ giáng sinh, mọi người thường đi đến nhà thờ để cầu nguyện cho mọi điều tốt đẹp hoặc tụ tập để chia sẻ niềm vui với nhau. Kết lại, lễ giáng sinh ngày đang trở thành một trong những ngày lễ quan trọng ở nước ta, mang đến màu sắc mới cho bức tranh tôn giáo văn hoá văn minh ở Việt Nam.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is an important traditional holiday in my country. Mid-Autumn festival is celebrated not only in Vietnam but also in some other parts of Asia as well, such as China, Japan or Korea. And it is often celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar with full moon at night. In the past, on this day the moon was brightest and roundest which represented the family reunion or gatherings. Therefore, families and friends often came together or harvested crops for the festival. Nowadays, Mid Autumn Festival is mainly for young children in Vietnam to enjoy the best time of the year. But not only can children celebrate this day but also adults can, adults who wish to have a chance to remind their their childhood and feel young again.

Và nó thường được tổ chức vào thàng 15 tháng 8 âm lịch với trăng tròn vào đêm. Trong quá khứ, vào ngày này trăng sẽ sáng và tròn nhất, thể hiện sự đoàn viên và tập hợp gia đình. Vì vậy, các gia đình và bạn bè thường đến với nhau hoặc thu hoạch hoa màu cho lễ hội. Ngày nay, Tết Trung Thu được tổ chức chủ yếu cho trẻ con tại Việt Nam để tận hưởng thời gian tốt đẹp nhất trong năm. Nhưng không chỉ trẻ con có thể ăn mừng ngày này mà người lớn cũng có thể, gồm những người lớn muốn có cơ hội để nhớ lại thuở thơ ấu của mình và cảm thấy trẻ trung trở lại.

Harry Potter is one of my favourite movies. I have loved it since it was held in the theatre years ago. Based on the best seller fiction written by JK.Rowling, the movie makes it real. This movie was about Harry Potter, he is a wizard born in the dark days of the wizardry world. His parents died in the hand of Voldemort, the dark lord. During his journey, he experienced a lot: happiness, sadness, live and death moments, etc. At last, he finally beat Voldermort and became a great auror like his parents. This movie taught me many things. The most important thing for me is that love and friendship will always be there for those who deserve it and fight for it. I’d recommend this movie for everyone.

I love watching Vietnamese movies. One of the most impressive Vietnamese films is The Age of Youth. This film has two parts. The film tells the story of Linh – the daughter of a well-off family. She loves Korean culture, so she went to Korea to live and study. Here, Linh accidentally lives with Khanh, Mai and Junsu – the son of the innkeeper. Junsu is talented in singing and dancing, handsome but naughty. This guy is Linh’s engraving. In Korea, Linh and Junsu gradually developed feelings for each other. However, Linh’s family later went bankrupt, and her mother became ill, so she returned home. Junsu is quite shocked but can not do anything else, he has focused on his work. After much has happened, Linh and Junsu eventually get back together but are opposed by Junsu’s family. Part 1 of the film closes with an open ending. In part 2, after Junsu’s mother became sympathetic to Linh, Junsu had an accident and he lost his memory. Junsu had to go to America for treatment and love another daughter. At this time, Linh was extremely sad. However, Junsu once again loves Linh, although he does not remember who she is. Gradually, Junsu regained his memories, and he remembered Ling as his first love. After so many difficulties and obstacles, the two of them have come together. Youth is a Korean-style film, many ironies impress viewers. The footage of the movie is very beautiful and sharp. I like this movie.

I have had this little wooden pencil case with me for abut 2 years. It is the most precious gift that i have because it was made for me by my late grandfather for my 11th birthday. My grandfather was a good carpenter. After he retired, he continue to spend his time on woodwork. He liked to work in the garden where it was cooler and larger. I used to sit beside him and watch he hammered away. One day, I couldn't find my grandfather in his unusual place in the garden. After hunting high and low. I found him in his room. His head was bent over a rectangular object and his hands were busy carving something. As soon as he saw me, he hid the object behind his back and smiled guiltily, like someone caught in a naughty act. Just before my birthday, my dear grandfather fell sick. On the eve of my birthday, he passed away. The next day, i found the wooden pencil case in his drawer. There were some words carved on it:"Happy birthday to my beloved grandaughter".I was touched. So that was what my grandfather had been so secretive about. Since that day, i have always cherished the birthday gift from my grandfather. To me, it is a priceless gift

Last semester, I had a very good result at school, so my parents decided to give me a present that I had always dreamed of. That special gift is a laptop, and it is what I really need at the moment. It is a Vaio laptop with an elegant design. My parents bought the white one, which is also my favorite color. It is not an ideal laptop for very complicated tasks, yet it still meets all of my demands. I can easily carry it everywhere because it is a small and light one. Besides, there are also some useful spare parts that come along with it such as a removable keyboard and mouse. Whenever I need to type and edit things for a long time, I just have to plug these things in and the tasks will become much easier. vforum.vn Before getting this one, I had to borrow my sister’s laptop whenever I had work at school that related to it. It is not easy to borrow things for all of the time, especially when my sister also had something to do on her laptop. Now I have my own thing, and I can do whatever I want without asking for permission. This laptop is the most wonderful present that I had ever had, and I will keep it in good condition for a long time.

Trước khi có nó, tôi phải mượn máy tính của chị tôi mỗi khi tôi có việc ở trường liên quan đến máy tính. Suốt ngày đi mượn đồ không phải là chuyện dễ, đặc biệt khi chị tôi cũng cần phải làm việc trên máy tính. Bây giờ thì tôi đã có nó cho riêng mình, và tôi có thể làm bất cứ thứ gì tôi muốn mà không cần phải xin phép. Chiếc máy tính xách tay này là món quà tuyệt vời nhất mà tôi từng có, và tôi sẽ bảo quản nó thật tốt trong một thời gian dài.

I love the duck so much, he is like a lovely friend who is attached to me, I will take good care of him so that he will be with him forever as my soulmate.

y favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Sở thích yêu thích của tôi là chơi đá bóng vào thời gian rảnh. Sau khi hoàn thành hết bài tập về nhà, tôi hay dùng thời gian rảnh để chơi đá bóng. Tôi đã rất hứng thú với việc chơi bóng từ hồi còn rất nhỏ dẫu vệ tôi bắt đầu học cách chơi bóng tử tế khi tôi 5 tuổi. Tôi đi học khi toou 5 tuổi. Cha tôi nói với thầy giáo ở PTM của tôi về sở thích bóng đá của tôi. Và thầy tôi bảo ông rằng có 1 trung tâm thể thao nhỏ mở cử hàng ngày ở trường giành cho các em lớp 1 trở lên vì vậy anh có thể cho con trai mình tham gia. Giờ đây, tôi thật sự thích chơi bóng đá và tham gia vào các cuộc thi liên trường.
