Gardening and enjoying delicious foods are two of my favorites. About gardening, I have planted lots of different seeds, both vegetables and flowers at my small plot of land in front of my house. I always dream of creating a flourish garden on my own. About foods, I think I can eat everything when I'm hungry, but my best dish ever is salad. It's light for my stomach and easy to make. In my free time, I often do the gardening or eating as they help me relax and refresh myself.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

Vietnam is a tropical country. So there are many kinds of foods and drinks to choose. I like all kinds of fruits such as avocado, mango, orange, apple, etc. But the drink I love most is avocado smoothie. People often say girls love to eat snacks, and I am the best demonstration of that statement. I like to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and my favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and I have at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that I like most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make me feel like this is the best drink. I usually go to some of my favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what I am about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they like. At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I like, I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately. I drink a lot of water and choose other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always my favorite.

My hobby is listening to music. I started this hobby 2 years ago, when I saw an interesting music show on TV and I was interested in it right away. After that, I shared my hobby with my brother, Phuc, and he liked it too. To continue my hobby, I always go to the concert, or listen to music in my free time. When I listen to music, I feel comfortable. Listening to music is very useful and helpful, so I will continue this hobby in the future.

Playing games helps me forget about the pressures in school. In order to play a healthy game, I only play 1 hour a day. My parents also know my gaming goals so I agree. On my 15th birthday. I was received a computer from my dad set for my study and entertainment games. I like to play games but I also know the balance between playing time and studying. If you can do that, the game is not bad.

I woul like to tell you about my favourite dish.It's beef noodles soup.It's a special kind of VietNamese soup.We call it ''Pho'' .It is very popular and has a great taste.We can enjoy it all meals during the day.The rice noodles are made from the best rice and the broth is made by stewing the bones of cows for a long time.Wwe can eat with some vegetables and chili sauce.It's very delicious!

Among thousands of historical relics of Hanoi, more than 500 relics have been ranked, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam is a relic associated with the establishment of Thang Long capital under Ly dynasty, there is a calendar. It has been used for nearly thousands of years, with the most beautiful and most typical scale for Hanoi and is also considered a symbol of Vietnamese culture and history.
According to Dai Viet history, in the autumn of Canh Tuat - 1070, King Ly Thanh Tong began to build the Temple of Literature to worship the first and the most noble saints, the meritorious dignitaries with merit, including Khong worship. Tu - the founder of the Quoc Tu Giam and the Eastern Confucian School of Chu Van An, the highly respected teacher of Vietnamese education. Six years later - in 1076, King Ly Nhan Tong decided to start the construction of Quoc Tu Giam - a high-class Confucian school now to train talents for the country. This is an important event marking the first choice of Vietnamese feudal court on education and training of Vietnamese people according to the Asian Confucian model. There are also 82 stone steles in the monument, on which the names of 1306 people have been awarded doctoral degrees in 82 examinations from the middle of 1484 and 1780. Also on these steles, the elderly doctor was recorded. The most in history is Mr. Ban Tu Quang. He passed his doctorate at 82 years old. The youngest is Nguyen Hien, Nam Truc (Nam Dinh), and the whole year is the 16th year of the year of the Year of the Eucharist. Since then, Van Mieu and Quoc Tu Giam - considered the first university of Vietnam existed until the nineteenth century. Set foot on A1 hill (Dien Bien), witnessed the remnant historical evidence of a battle we understand the magnanimity of the soldiers of the time.
Arrive in Dien Bien in the early days of May, an atmosphere of victory and magnanimity is covering the whole city of this remote northwestern forest.
Referring to Dien Bien, we cannot help but mention places associated with well-known historical battles such as Muong Thanh, Him Lam resistance center, Hong Flu, Muong Phang bases ... and special especially the A1 hill where the historic battle took place for 39 days and nights.
The relic A1 (Elian stronghold 2) is next to Highway 279 (7/5 street) in Muong Thanh ward - Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province. This place is 32 m high compared to the surface of an 83,000 m2 area, about 500 m west of the headquarters of the French colonial headquarters of Dien Bien Phu, along the way.
A1 in the Eastern hills along with C1, C2, D and E constitutes a solid wall that protects the central subdivision, the last high point to directly protect the French command and be considered " the key ”of the Dien Bien Phu stronghold.
More than 2000 of our officers and soldiers have bravely sacrificed. In the end, our army mastered the A1 point at 4:00 am on May 7, 1954, and opened the steel door straight to the center of the Dien Bien Phu stronghold.
The A1 victory had a very important meaning, which was opened to the entire front quickly to the general offensive and won only 13 hours later.
Today comes to the A1 base, through the remaining historical evidence of the war such as tunnel, tank, explosive hole ... we also partly understand the hard, arduous as well as the spirit brave and brave of soldiers to gain independence and freedom today./.

That day, I woke up with a strange feeling. I could not open my eyes. I tried to shout for my mother but no sound came out. I felt hot and was sweating all over. What was wrong with me? Was I dreaming?
After struggling for a while, I managed to call for my mother and she came to my bed. When she hugged me, she found out that my body felt hot and she took my temperature with a thermometer. "What!" she exclaimed. I was running a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. She took me to Dr. Lim's clinic immediately.
At the clinic, Dr. Lim examined me. He told my mother that my throat was inflamed and that could have caused the fever. He gave me some medicine and told me, "No ice-cream, no soft drinks and no games for you. You must stay in bed and get some rest."
After collecting the medicine, we went home. I recovered after two days of rest. It was a horrible experience indeed.

Dalat Flower Festival is a cultural festival which takes place every other year in Da Lat city, Lam Dong, Vietnam and some other localities in Lamdong province. The festival is held with the purpose of exhibiting flowers, vegetables and ornamental plants from the local as well as other regions within the country and many other countries in the world in order to attract visitors to come to Dalat, promote economic development of the city. Dalat Flower Festival is also an activity honoring the value of flowers and floriculture, calling for investment in Dalat flower industry as well as promoting a positive image of the city, the culture and the people of Dalat.

I attented Thuong Temple festival last month. It’s a seasonal festival in Lao Cai city. It is held on the 15 th of the first lunar month. Local people made offerings of incense to worship General Tran Hung Dao who defeated the Mongok 3 times. Besides, there were many activities such as: shpping, playing traditional games, singing, dancing, … Many local people and townritsfrom all over the country attented the festival. This is an occation for us to show our love to our motheland and preserve our cultural traditions.

Companionship is something of essence to people, therefore I have got a close friend since I was at secondary school. It is a domesticated dog. This was a birthday present from my parents on my 15th birthday. I am originally interested in furry creatures, hence the dog was a great happiness to me. He is an adorable dog with burnished fur and streamlined tail. He has thin and strong legs so he sun so fast. He is an omnivorous animal so he can eat the same food in our meals. additionally, he has strong sense of smell and hearing, together with sharp vision and understanding power thus called intelligent animal. This dog is easily controlled and taught anything through proper training. He guards home and family for the whole day without getting anything in return. He starts barking very loudly whenever any stranger approaches the house. Moreover, he usually shows affection towards the owner by wagging his tail and licking hands or face. Since he appears, he has got rid of loneliness in my life. He has been proved as a very useful and obedient animal for the mankind. I always have deep affection for this close friend.

Nó coi nhà và gia đình cả ngày mà không nhận lại điều gì. Nó bắt đầu sủa rất to mỗi khi người lạ đến gần ngôi nhà. Hơn nữa, nó thường thể hiện tình cảm với chủ bằng cách vẫy đuôi hoặc liếm vào tay hay mặt. Kể từ khi nó đến, nó đã loại bỏ đi sự cô đơn trong cuộc sống của mình. Nó là loài vật rất có ích và nghe lời. Mình rất yêu quý nó.

Cookie đã lao vào bảo vệ mình mà không quan tâm đến sự sống chết của bản thân. Cookie đóng vai trò rất quan trọng trong cuộc sống của mình và mình đã tự hứa với bản thân sẽ luôn chăm sóc nó thật cẩn thận.
