As for our coach, he's very strict, too. I'm sure that it's necessary to be strict when you train teenagers. He makes us do a lot of exercises but it provides excellent results!

Hi, long time ago we have not met yet? How are you? Do you often exercise? What sport do you play? I play a lot of sports such as: badminton, basketball, volleyball ... My favorite is badminton. I am also good at badminton. I'm not good at basketball because my strength is not as strong as my male counterparts
