First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. In addition, you should do more exercise and stay outdoor to do more physical activities, such as jogging, playing football, yoga,... to burn more calories. Hơn nữa, yoga sẽ giúp bạn ngăn ngừa bệnh tật và giúp bạn dẻo dai hơn. Bạn không nên dành thời gian để chơi game trên máy tính, sẽ không tốt cho mắt của bạn. Bạn không nên ăn đồ ăn vặt và đồ ăn nhiều chất béo để giúp bạn không bị béo lên. Bạn nên nghe theo lời khuyên từ các bác sĩ và chuyên gia sức khỏe để giữ dáng. Exercise 1 : 

                     WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO PREVENT SOME USUAL HEALTH PROBLEMS 

     We can have a lot of usual health problems every day : temperature , headache , sore eyes , toothache , backache , cold , stomachache , sore thoat , ..... However , we can learn something to avoid them and something to fight them when those problems come to us .

      Firt , you should stay healthy . It's an ideal way to keep the problems away . Having healthy food angd drinks , doing exercises , cleancing yourselves and your rooms , wearing suitable clothes are easy things to do . Fresh , clean fish , vegetables , fruits , milk , tea and mineral water are good for you . Cigarettes , sugar , fat , gas drinks , cold drinks , alcoholic drinks are not good for your teeth , stomach , liver , joints and heart . Your bedroom should be clean ang tidy . Lower the volumes of mobiphone , radio , T.V , computer loudswakers to prevent headache , earache , ... Wear a mask and a helmet when you travel in the streets . You shouldn't watch T.V or play games too much . Never play in the rain ang in the sun to prevent havinga cold or a temperature .

     Second , you should learn how to cope with usual health problems . You should keep warm when you have cold , wrap yourselves in a blanket , jacket or drink something hot like tea , hot milk , sup before someone comes to help you and takes you to the doctor's . If have a temperature , cover your forehead with a wte towel to cool it . If you have a sore eye , wear sunglasses in order not to give it to the others . Don't use medicine before the doctors examine you .

`\text{I took up this habit about 2 years ago. At that time, I was up to my ears with study to prepare for my graduation examination so I was a little bit stressed out. Then I thought that I needed to do something energetic to release some stress, so I decided to have a crack at jogging.}`

`\text{At first, doing this was quite challenging for me because I led a sedentary lifestyle. I just sat in front of my computer every day to complete my assignments. But after a few days of suffering from muscle aches, I got used to jogging and kept doing it in the evenings.}`

`\text{Well, I have to say that this sport has helped me a lot in strengthening my physical health as well as my mental health. Thanks to jogging, I was able to lose my fat belly and get lean. Now, to be honest, I’m quite satisfied with my youthful appearance and trying to maintain it. Also, jogging allows me to unwind and enjoy fresh air, and whenever I go jogging I feel like my mind is being refreshed.}`
