Dear.............,

The first and most important issue is not to reduce the food you eat daily. You can change the menu and the way you eat but if you start a diet by yourself, the first thing you’ll lose is your health.

You can find many good gyms and if you want I can send the names for you in another letter. However, you don’t need to go to a gym to stay fit. Some small changes to your life can make a big difference. For example, you can start by walking sometime in the morning or at lunchtime.

I hope you don’t have any health problem and it would be nice if you went to a doctor for a check up before starting any exercise.

Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Hi Magenta,

My family just cleaned and redecorated the house again.And,my room was also changed.I'm 11 now,so I don't like pink anymore.Knowing this,my parents happily repainted it with color blue instead of the pink color.My room looks cooler and better than ever.My red furnitures were replaced by white and blue ones.My curtains and lamp are white,the bed and the wardrope are blue...Everything look wonderful!I like my room now becaues this room now is so nice.
