Computer plays an important role in this information era. However, while bringing certain advantages, this high-tech device has its own limitations.
First of all, computer has become a useful tool and an intelligent device in every aspect of life. For example, thanks to Computer and Internet, new technology in medicine is created and applied worldwide i.e. Minimally invasive surgery, microsurgery, and laser surgery. What is more , industrialization could not make its miracle jump without the support of computer and Internet. New constructive materials, new robots, and new fuels are all made with the help of information technology. That is to say computer has made our life become modern, more convenient and civilized. Moreover, computer and Internet is a great means of communication. Distance is no longer a matter of concern when we can send mails within a few seconds or make cheap internet phone call. We can also update ourselves with the latest occurrences in the world with just some simple mouse clicks. In addition, Internet is becoming so popular that having Internet access is no longer a luxury.
Granted that Internet is an indispensable part of life in this high technology era, it has its own limitations. The troubles, however, do not stem from computer or the Internet themselves but the users. The new technology is entirely positive but the users take its advantage for negative purposes. Some people use computers to do nothing but play games, chitchat, spam, create dirty information on the Net. They directly or indirectly detract Internet from its benefits to the community. Many people are scared of using Internet because of their fear of being abused, or spamed. or becoming Internet addicts. In addition, sitting in front of the screen for long hours can lead to obesity, backache, and short-sightedness. Besides, people paying too much attention to online activities may become passive, sluggish in real life because of their lacks of communication, and manual labor.
In short, everything has its two sides, so does computer and Internet. Therefore, it is necessary that we use it for right purposes.

Among developing technology and science, modern media is chose for finding in formation or relaxing by most of people. Computer is one of the things appeared earliesy in century . Therefore, computer is used widely hitherto. But Using computer has many advantages but also a lot of disadvantages
Having a computer for work and study is of great convenience because of these following reason.Firstly, Computer help students widen their knowledge horizon. Secondly, Using computer helps me meet new friends and exchange of knowledge. It enables us to gain further knowledge about all aspect of life. In addition, there are a huge number knowledge from overseas. Therefore, we can see more of the world and learn useful things of foreigers
However, it has many disadvantage. It can make us lazier and dependent. We only want to use the computer to get information instead of thought. One more thing, It is harmful for our eyes.
As I have noted, I think using computer will be useful for us if we know to use it reasonably

Today i have a toothache, my mom and dad advice me should go to hospital. When i go there, dentist told me to spit out the damaged teeth without it not good for my health. When he worked i was afraid of pain but he very gentle so i don't have toothache anymore. I think he is a skilled person. I am very grateful to him for helping me with no toothache.

How are you? Thanks for your letter. I am so happy because you always miss and think of me. Now, I am working as a teacher in the military academy logiss. I start my working day at 7 pm every morning and finish it at 5 pm. You know I love this job, right? It has been my dream to become a good teacher for such a long time. - I really want to tell you about my friend, one of my best friend is Tuan. We were classmate during our five years at Da Nang University of Technology. He was a good student of my class. He has black hair and bright eyes and is very good – looking. Tuan and I had many things in common, especially, our hobbies. We both traveling, billiard, table tennis, reading book and singing.
He has a kind heart and is easy to get on with everybody. The deeper our mutual understanding becomes the more we feel closely attached to each other. We are the best pupils in our class. Tuan is always at the top. He is good at every subject, but he never shows pride in his abilities and always tries to learn harder.
Tuan’s family is not rich. His parents are farmers. He often spends most of his free time doing useful things to help his parents. I Tuan very much because of his honesty and straight forwardness. He is always ready to help his weak friends in their study; as a result, lots of friends, thanks to his whole-hearted help, have become good ones.
- Among my friends, I cherish the most is Hong. She is a good student of my class, she lived with her mother in a small house near my house. She has short black hair, oval face and brown eyes. What parularly struck me about her was the smile. She looks so lovely when he smiles. She is a form of friends that I can share everything. She always believed and helped me in every situation. She is gentle and endearing all friends. She s Literacy, reading, listening to music and go under heaven mua. Hong and I have a lot in common with each other, has become good friends over the past 5 years. Although time has passed long in any case, Hong and I also trying to keep this friendship.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.
Nha trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Viet nam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs, the soft sigh of the sea breeze, clean white sands and turquoise waters, it all makes for a stunning landscape. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach - a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands, that is Hon Tre where is the largest of the islands.
Nha Trang is the city in hamoney, its fine wather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a great holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.

This robot looks a little kid. He was only about two inches tall, he was made of a light hard plas and light blue.
The big head a square box placed on the body, not see the neck makes him look strangely strange! There are two antennae on each side, with two large ears, such as two halves of orange attached to the sides of the head with two very large round screws. My body as well as the rectangular box upright, there are lines decorated decorations look he wears an armor. Behind the back there was a small hollow of two small batteries, close to the knob knob black switch. Two hands and two feet are also connected by small square boxes and attached to the body by large screws. Thanks to this, the limbs can turn in easy directions.
I turn on the switch knob, immediately the robot works immediately. From his belly, the shouts emit as his legs begin to move. Legs step by step step by step, his hands waving to the steps. The most funny thing is that the head looks right, then turns to the left as a hunt for the enemy. Going, touching the bottom of the table or the corner of the cabinet, you automaally avoid the other direction. The shouts and footsteps of the uncle led the cockroaches in the corner of the panic fled.
I love playing with this robot, I see you as a quiet and intelligent little friend.

1)In my freetime, I love to dance. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.
When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on danceing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.
But now when I’m in High school I do not have time to dance. It’s so sad. I miss dancing . I hope that I have time to dance again day.

Trong buổi diễn đó chúng tôi như những chú chim cánh cụt. Trong chín năm qua chúng tôi đã có rất nhiều buổi khiêu vũ. Tôi đã nhảy múa trong chín năm cho một công ty về khiêu vũ. Nhưng bây giờ tất cả mọi người đã tham gia nhóm nhảy khác.
Khi tôi nhảy, tôi quên tất cả mọi thứ khác và tôi chỉ tập trung vào vũ đạo. Đó là thư giãn và nó làm cho tôi hạnh phúc. Tôi muốn chăm sóc cơ thể của tôi và nhảy múa làm tăng tình trạng của bạn.

I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side.
Although this makes me tired, I still always practise because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.
Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.
There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.
I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. I can name a few common mistakes when playing this sport such as: the ball hits the outside of the bounds, the ball hits the arm or the net, throws the ball away or catches the ball, … Volleyball’s intentions seem quite complicated, but we still love to play the sport. It has helped me improve and exercise my own health. Besides, it also helps me feel more at ease after every stressful class in class. I love playing volleyball because it gave me a lot of fun and memories with my friends. I hope in the future I can join the competitive school club and win lots of awards. These are a few of my favourite countries, my first choice would be Spain, I love the vibrancy of this country, it is a country with colourful cultures. I also love Spanish food, tortilla espanola & paella. I am an adventurous person and I enjoy watching flamenco dance and guitar music performances. What attracts me to Spanish cultures is they have a close bond with their extended family. I love the Spanish language, it sounds so passionate.

Spain is my favourite country. I have never been there but I've heard so much about it . I am here to tell you all about Spain.
Spain is the second largest country in Europe. The area of it is 194,908 meters squared including the Canaries and the Balearics. Spain's main cities are Madrid ( the capital ), Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. Spain's landmarks are the remote Ordesa Valley which lies in the heart of the Pyrenees Mountains in northeast Spain. It is a national park which attracts lots of tourists. Another landmark is the strange towers in Barcelona's Park of Spanish Industry. This park occupies the site of an old textile mill.
The main language is Spanish, but there are a few other`languages such as Euskara and Castilian. The main religion is Roman
Catholic.
Most villages have a bull-ring for bull-fighting which is very popular. Other popular sports are football, cycling, swimming and basketball. Other famous hobbies are flamenco dancing and Jai Alai which is a type of ball game.
Until the 1950's Spain was one of the poorest European countries, but since then it's economy has improved rapidly. The country is famous for its beautiful beaches along the Mediterranean coast. Other industry's are the steel industry, the textile industry and the agricultural industry
Nowadays the agricultural industry employs less than 15 percent of the workforce . The main exports are cereal, citrus fruits, olives, vegetables and rice. Sherry and other wines are also exported. This is why Spain is my favourite country.
Last summer, I went to Nha Trang beach. After the exam, I were gone to sea by my family. Nha trang is a wonderful beach. I were go to Nha Trang by train. Oh my god. What a awful trip! I take off the train at haft past two, I take on the train station at haft past eleven. But I happy with days at Nha Trang. Next day, I get up at six o'clock. I went to restaurant for breakfast and drinking coffee in order to not tired when going to play. Next, I went to harbor so as to go to the island. Then the ship go to the island, All people in the ship are shock expect my father, friend of my father, touristman. In Distance, I take the sea. The water of the sea is fresh, cool. In the bottom of the sea, we can see the coral. It's beautiful. Next, I went to other islands for visit and come back the harbor before come back the hotel. In the hotel, I rest thirty minutes before eat the dinner. In the evening, I take the motorbike ride along the beach in order to go for a sightseeing Nha Tràng city.
What a wonderful trip! I happy after the trip. The trip will help me study well.
Nha Trang is a seaside town, the capital city of Khanh Hoa Province – on the South Central Coast of Vietnam. Coming to Nha Trang in the period from January to August, people will have the chance to experience the most wonderful weather for swimming and sunbathing.
Coming to Nha Trang, tourists will be amazed at its delicacies, mostly from variety of seafood. Nha Trang is well-known for producing the highest quality of flavor fish sauce in Vietnam, thus, fish sauce plays an important role in the secret recipe of cooking Nha Trang’s specialties and making dipping sauce.
Among many dishes, grilled fermented pork roll, grilled beef, rice vermicelli with grilled fish and jellyfish, fresh seafood are most favorite. In addition, the swallow’s nest soup – with bird’s nests collected from the wild, is regarded as the best in Vietnam.
Regarded as Vietnam’s most famous seaside resort-town, Nha Trang attracts foreign tourists for not only its stunningly pristine beaches but the urban atmosphere of a young tourist city.
