In daily life, music plays an important role in improving human’s spirit. Music is a wide topic and heated issue that connect people when talking about it. As people have deep knowledge about all kind of music, they can be able to lengthen a conversation. Music is created by both melody and rhythm in order to make a complete song. There are several styles of music such as: pop, hip-hop, ballad, country and so on. Its tune and meaning also differ from country to country. I love music for many reasons. First, it helps people relax and reduces stress from studying and working environment. For example, when having problems in life, one should listen to favorite music and them make up one’s mind. Second, music helps people in all aspects of life like: movie, business, .… There are an increasing number of famous singer and writer that distribute their money to establish charity fund for the poor. It saves many people’s lives and even improves to create a better living standard. Third, music is not simply rhythm it’s an art. Since music expresses feeling and emotion, it is a tool to heal one’s soul. A good example is that when you are in good mood, you listen to energy rock music; however when you don’t feel like doing anything, you need some relax music as country or romantic country. Human cannot lead a happy life without music cause music is a part of life, it appears on several environments. Nowadays, there are more and more intellectual-property pirates, which leads to suspicion on serious artists. Therefore, if an artist wants to become successful, they have to work on their own and totally commit to their work of art. Music is a diverse topic that many mysteries can be discovered from it; moreover, people have a right to protect and preserve this kind of art.
Hobby is one of the most important things we should have in our lives. It is something that you enjoy doing, something that brings relief of the daily grind and allows you to relax. Of all hobbies in the world, I like music the most. For me, music is the best hobby ever. You should look around and you can see that music is everywhere.
I enjoy music and I listen it every single day. There are a lot of different styles of music for you to choose and enjoy. If I am in good mood, I prefer to listen some energy rock music that keep me happy and full of power. If I am tired, I chose some calm, relaxing songs. Music can speak, through music people can express feelings and emotions. When you hear something that looks like you, that you understand it easily, you start to love it. There are several different ways to enjoy music as your hobby. When you discover an artist or musician that you satisfies, it’s clear that you want to collect all of their works. Not only listening to music, a music collection is a great hobby to have, too.
Music is a hobby that has no boundaries. It makes the world smaller. Without music, life would be a mistake.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.
Cooking is my favorite hobby. My grandmother taught me how to cook my first dish when I was 8. My family enjoyed it so much so that is when I started this hobby. Some people say cooking is a waste of time but I find this hobby very interesting and meaningful. I really love trying new food and cooking for my family. The feeling of making my family happy with my food is amazing. I often collect recipes from my mother and my grandmother. Sometimes I also get recipes from the internet. Then I write them in a notebook. I hope I will become a good chef and have my own cookery book in the future.
I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.
A lot of children are cold and hungry. They have to live on streets this winter. They can't read or write, and they can't go to school because they have to work during the day to earn money. They are more likely to suffer from serious diseases. They are more likely to do bad things such as stealing. We can raise money to help them. To do that, we can make postcards and sell them at school or in our neighbourhood. We can also ask people to donate money and buy clothes, food and books for them. We can teach them how to read and write. We could gather street children and provide them with evening classes.
I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for street children. I want to do it because I want to share the things I have with children who are in need. I hope no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets to them.

BÀI THAM KHẢO I :
I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
BÀI THAM KHẢO II:
All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.
Van Mieu (The Temple of Literature) was constructed in 1070 during Ly Thanh Tong's dynasty. Its original purpose was to honor Confucius. In 1076, the first university of Vietnam called Quoc Tu Giam (The Imperial Academy), was established within this temple by Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. That's the reason why the complex has the name of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam up to now. Initially, Quoc Tu Giam was the school for princes and children of royal families and then expanded in the following year to admit top students from around the country.
Nowadays, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is one of the most famous tourist destinations for both Vietnamese people and foreigners. It's also a place to celebrate doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. One special thing about this place is that there are 82 Doctors' stone tablets. They are tombstones with names and origins of 1304 doctors placed on the backs of stone tortoises. If you come here at the beginning of the year or in May, when many important examinations take place, you will catch sights of numerous families and students who come and pray for luck.
Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam opens daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance fee for each adult is 30,000 VND.
Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam is the richest and richest relic complex of Hanoi, located in the south of Thang Long citadel. Currently, this place has been the Prime Minister of Vietnam to put on the list of 23 special national monuments. The Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam architectural complex consists of Van Van, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam and Vien Tu Giam and the archaeological architecture of Van Mieu Temple - Confucius Temple and Quoc Tu Giam - the first university of Vietnam. Vietnam. Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam area has brick wall surrounding, inside divided into 5 layers of space with different architectures. Each layer of space is limited by brick walls with three doors to communicate with each other (center door and two side doors on both sides). From the outside into the ports are: Van Mieu, Dai Trung, Dai Thanh and Thai Thai gates. With over 700 years of operation, thousands of talented people have been trained in the country. Now, Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam is a place to visit domestic and foreign tourists as well as a place of commendation for excellent students and also the place of annual poetry festival on the first full moon day. In particular, this is also the place where today's artists go to "sew" before each exam.

Vietnam is a foodie’s paradise with a variety of unique flavours and specialties. This is our favourite 10 traditional foods of Vietnam, which we fell in love with.
Pho (pronounced “Fur”) is The traditional food of Vietnam and known throughout the world. It is usually a chicken (ga) or beef (bo) broth with thin rice noodles and various herbs.
Pho originated in the early 20th century in North Vietnam and spread around the world via refugees who fled during the Vietnam War years.
A yummy variant of Pho is “Bun Bo Hue” from the Central Vietnamese city, Hue using rice vermicelli (instead of rice noodles) and served in a delicious shrimp and lemongrass based broth.
Cao Lau is the signature dish from the Central Vietnamese town of Hoi An and one of Stefan’s favourite traditional foods of Vietnam.
The recipe for Cao Lau includes a plate of thick dark rice noodles served in small amounts of richly flavoured broth, topped with pork slices, bean sprouts, greens, herbs and deep-fried croutons.
The noodles make this dish unique because they are darkened after being soaked in ash water from a specific tree found only in the nearby Cham Islands.
Mi quang is another popular Central Vietnamese noodles dish, similar to Cau Lao, but the noodles are flat white and tinted yellow by the addition of turmeric. The protein source varies from beef, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp.
It is topped with herbs, crushed peanuts and a hard-boiled egg. Mi quang was one of Sebastien’s favourite traditional foods of Vietnam and if you find this sweet lady in the Hoi An local market, her mi quangs are one of the best.
Bun cha is a grilled pork based dish served with vermicelli, fresh herbs, vegetables, fish sauce and chopped spring rolls. It originated from Hanoi and spread across Vietnam.
It is served with everything presented in separate bowls (one for the grilled pork, another for the vermicelli, another for the herbs, the chopped garlic and the pickled vegetables) and you assemble it yourself. It is not the healthiest traditional food of Vietnam but a very tasty one!
And to conclude our best traditional foods of Vietnam article, a beer selfie with our favourite brew, aptly named after the city. If you wanted to down it, you’d clink your glasses first and cry out:
“mot hai ba, YO!”
(ie 1,2,3, drink!)

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're the most special dish in this world
