Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.
Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.
There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.
I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

Vietnam,our country,is very beautiful.It has four seasons:spring,summer,fall and winter.In the spring it is often warm,sometimes it's rainy.In the summer it's hot and sunny.The weather is cool in the fall and in the winter it is cold and windy.I hot weather because I can do many activities.When it's hot,I usually go swimming and eat ice cream.Sometimes I go walking with my sister.

Hello everyone! I am Nga. I am delighted to be here today to tell you about weather in Vietnam. Vietnam is located in both a tropical and a temperate zone. It is characterized by strong monsoon influences, but has a considerable amount of sun, a high rate of rainfall, and high humidity. Temperatures are high all year round for southern and central Vietnam; but northern Vietnam has a definite cooler season as the north monsoon occasionally adverts cold air in from China. Frost and some snow may occur on the highest mountains in the north for a few days a year. In the southern Vietnam, the lowlands are sheltered from outbreaks of colder northerly air and the dry season is warm to hot with much sunshine. My neighbourhood is in the city.There are many shops,supermarket ,flats and school in my neighbourhood.The street are wide with many trees and flowers .The house here is modern and convenient and the shops near here is small .The people here is very kind. I love my neighbourhood very much.But there is one thing I dis about it . In the morning and in the afternoon , it is very noisy and crowded because there are many people and has many transport.

Lang Liêu đc lên ngôi vì Lang Liêu là một người nông dân nên sẽ hiểu đc nỗi cực khổ của nhân dân và chàng có tấm lòng biết ơn sâu sắc đối với những người đi trước nên đc vua cha tin tưởng giao lại ngôi báu cho.

- Đọc truyện bánh chưng, bánh giầy, em thích nhất chi tiết là Lang Liêu được thần báo mộng:
Vì Lang Liêu rất nhanh trí hiểu được ý của thần, đồng thời chàng cũng sáng tạo lấy đậu xanh cho bánh miếng bánh có màu đẹp, lạ mắt, rồi chàng lấy thịt lợn làm nhân, lấy lá dong trong vườn gói thành hình vuông (gọi là bánh chưng), cùng một loại gạo nếp ấy, chàng đồ lên giã nhuyễn tạo thành hình tròn (gọi là bánh giầy).
Lang Liêu được nối ngôi là vì chàng gắn bó với cuộc sống của người dân, một cuộc sống dân dã và thanh bình, tuy nghèo khó nhưng luôn giữ nếp thanh bần. Trái ngược với các anh của chàng, nghe cha nói muốn truyền ngôi là lên rừng xuống biển tìm của ngon vật lạ, duy chỉ có Lang Liêu cố gắng suy nghĩ xem, vua cha thật sự muốn gì để làm cha vui lòng. Đó là tấm lòng của một người con hiểu thảo. Và Lang Liêu cũng rất thông minh khi chỉ từ gợi ý của vị thần đã làm ra hai loại bánh vô cùng dân dã mà lại mang ý nghĩa vô cùng lớn lao. Vua Hùng chắc hẳn cũng đã thấy được những phẩm chất quý báu ấy của Lang Liêu nên đã truyền ngôi cho chàng.

This morning, the weather was so cold that everyone had to wear a thick coat. It is only 16oC. I didn't prefer this kind of weather very much. But from lunch until now, the weather is sunny again. It is not only sunny but it is also very warm. It is about 23oC. I don't really like or really hate this weather but anyway, I prefer sunny weather to cold weather like this morning.

On my way to school this morning, the sky was quite cold and windy, so I have to wear a jacket to school, even it's 27o in Ho Chi Minh City! But from noontime, the sky gets hotter and more sunny, so I have to wear a hat. I don't really like this kind of weather, it makes me very headache, so I am having a flu. I prefer cooler weather like partly sunny to hot weather like this morning.

Winter is my favourite season. I love everything about it. I the cold weather, which always makes the sky seem so blue. I also being able to see my breath in the cold air.
In summer, it's difficult to keep cool outside, but in winter, it's easy to keep warm. I really hiking in winter. The cold really makes you feel alive.
It's also great getting home to a nice warm room. Winter also has the best holidays. I love getting together with my family and then celebrating the New Year.
Winter is a really good time to go on vacation because the sights are usually empty. If you go anywhere in Europe in winter, you can be sure of getting a hotel room and you never have to wait to get into a museum.

In the morning,I get up with a relax feel in lovely bed . Then,I open the window . The air is clear and I think it has smell of flowers too.The flowers in the garden is so beauty in the morning.The sun light keep the window go to my eyes.It's is warm .I go down the floor.But not s every days before.I don't take a walk .It's is hard.Then,I make a dinner self.It's noodle , fast food.After that,I go to the top of house .stay on a table and see neighborhood . The road .oh,No one at there.I feel quiet .The trees still there,the houses too.But it lose somethings .Afew moment later,I feel bored and i go down.Take a seat at the table and watch T.V.The life in Covid is hard but it is safe.
So in the end.I think it's good for me and community

Hanoi is a dreamy city has been infatuated human heart. Besides the noise and busyness, that is the poe and peaceful beauty. From long time ago, Hanoi was famous for thirty-six streets… Each street is a village, has unique characteriss unique. In general, people here are very elegant, open-minded and friendly. They are very willing to give directions to tourists and even invite them home. Besides, they are also very hardworking people, always try their best in life. Most of their time they spend on working and raising their children. Coming to Hanoi, we can not ignore the tourist attractions such as Bat Trang pottery village, the Temple of Literature, President Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, one pillar pagoda, ... They are associated with the existence and development of Hanoi, also Vietnam. Here, we will be attracted by the special dishes such as Vong Rice, Trang Tien ice cream, Ho Tay shrimp cake ... Những ngày mùa hè đã thực sự bắt đầu trên thành phố nhỏ. Mới 5 giờ sáng, trời đã sáng rực rỡ. Không khí buổi sớm mai trong lành và dễ chịu đến vô cùng. Những cơn gió mát rười rượi thổi từ ngoài đồng vào đem theo mùi hương ngọt bùi, thanh khiết. Càng gần đến trưa, trời càng trở nên nóng bức hơn. Ánh nắng dần thêm gay gắt, không khí dần thêm bức bối, nóng nực. Những cơn gió rủ nhau kéo đi trốn hết ở phương xa, khiến hàng cây ỉu xìu dưới nắng hạ. Mấy chú chim cũng trốn hết vào trong tổ, lim dim mà nằm đợi cho trôi qua thời gian oi ả này. Duy chỉ có mấy chú ve là vẫn ca liên hồi trên vòm cây.
