A strong flood can destroy over 97000 houses, 17 300 ha of winter-spring rice crops and over 200,000 heads of cattle and poultry. In addiction, there has proved that there was a flood that caused the missing of 25 people in 2016, and 9 people was believed to be dead.
What is the solution for this? If we want to help the victims of the disaster, we can evacuated people from dangerous areas, local military and local authorities provided flood for the victims. Also we need to prepare rescue workers to ready for the next flood.
