The name of my school is Oxford English School. It is situated in the middle of the town I live in. it is a very large school.


The school building is old but beautiful. There are many classrooms in it. The Principal is a middle-aged European. He is a kind and very efficient man.


The teachers of my school are of many races. Some are Chinese, some are Malay and some are Indian. There are also a few European teachers. They are all very clever and hardworking teachers. All the pupils like them very much.

As there are many pupils in my school, the library, the play ground and the hall are all very large. Pupils may be seen learning in the library, playing in the playground or performing gymnastics in the hall with great interest.

I am indeed proud of my school.

Tên của trường học của tôi là Oxford English School. Nó nằm ở giữa thị trấn tôi đang sống. Nó là một trường học rất lớn.

Việc xây dựng trường là cũ nhưng đẹp. Có rất nhiều lớp học trong đó. Hiệu trưởng là một châu Âu trung niên. Ông là một người đàn ông tốt bụng và rất hiệu quả.

Các giáo viên của trường học của tôi là của nhiều chủng tộc. Một số là người Trung Quốc, một số là Mã Lai và một số là Ấn Độ. Ngoài ra còn có một vài giáo viên châu Âu. Họ là tất cả các giáo viên rất thông minh và chăm chỉ. Tất cả các học sinh như họ rất nhiều.

Vì có nhiều học sinh trong trường, thư viện, sân chơi và hội trường đều rất lớn. Học sinh có thể được nhìn thấy học trong thư viện, chơi trong sân chơi hoặc biểu diễn thể dục dụng cụ trong hội trường với lãi suất tuyệt vời.

Tôi thực sự tự hào về trường học của tôi.

Topic 1: Talk about my summer vacation: Last month, my summer vacation was still boring . I had nothing to do. I could only watch TV, sleep, eat meals all day. These things may be interesting for you, but it's boring with me. I wanted to go on a trip but I didn't had any one.
However, my summer vacation is ok now. I don't have time to watch TV any more because I have many things to do. I go to school to join some extra classes and start to practise being a theacher (because I want to be a teacher in the future). Exspecially, I have joined this forum for 2 weeks, which makes me happy. 
Therefore, I think my summer vacation is more and more interesting.

 

Topic2: Talk about your room Today, I'd like to talk about my bedroom. It's small and simply but it's very comfortable. I have a wide bed, a red blanket and two pillows. I don't have a mattress because the weather in here is hot most of the year. If it become cold, I will use a blanket instead of mattress. This way is convenient because a mattress is very expensive. I always feel comfortable in my bedroom so I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow every night. I never forget to say "Have a good night" to my parents before sleeping. Moreover, I like giving a message to my boyfriend "I hope you have a sweet dream about me". I love him very much and he is my first thought in the morning and my last thought at night. I hope he also loves me as I love him.

My mother was tossing and turning in 2 days. She had sleeping pills but she didn't drink them because that's too dangerous. My father advises her to see a doctor tomorrow. I hope she get well soon.

I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.

If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture.

All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. My hobby is drawing, I love to draw. When I was a kid, I loved playing with color pencil and oil pastel. Now I am a high school student and I am still trying to draw better. I hope that I will be an artist in the future. My parents are really supportive and they always inspire me to draw. My father buys me drawing pencils and papers. In my free time, I don’t watch TV, I draw. I think that helps me to become creative. Drawing is my passion. The most beautiful scene for me is the sunset on the beach.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

There are many different versions of this food, and each region has the own way to make it. We can also add in the sweet potato, banana, corn, or lotus seed. They do not seem to match each other at first, but actually they can make a really good combination. Although they look different, but after all they are snacks that most Vietnamese people love. Besides, they can have positive impacts on our health if we know how to cook them properly. For example, the corn and sweet potato porridge are good for our digestive system, and the lotus seed porridge helps us to cool down our body. They are mainly made of natural ingredients, so I think they are better for us to eat than other junk foods. Sweetened porridge is one of the traditional dishes of Vietnam, and we easily come across them at some events such as Tet holiday, Mid autumn festival, Mid year festival, the first birthday party of a baby etc. A lot of them have their own meanings. For example, the sweet rice ball with green bean filling means reunion or the red bean porridge means luck and success. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Sweetened porridge is such a popular dish of Vietnam, and it is also my favorite snack of all time
