Đáp án C dùng đúng cấu trúc đảo ngữ với only after:

Only after + s + V ... + Auxiliary + s + V

Ex: Only after all guests had gone home could we relax: Chỉ sau khi tất cả khách đã về nhà chúng tôi mới có thể thư giãn.

Các đáp án còn lại dùng sai các cấu trúc đảo ngữ với Not until, No sooner và Hardly. Các cấu trúc đúng phải là:
