We know that our country's traffic problem is very complicated. Often times traffic congestion, car accident. The reason is that the Vietnamese people do not have awareness when participating in traffic. often occupy the roadway, road traffic.all of the causes that often lead to car accidents when in traffic, traffic congestion, .... the way to avoid the above is when participating In traffic we should wear helmets, we must not go in the opposite direction, not occupy the roadway, do not dodge road traffic, do not ride too fast. The above things will limit the Vietnamese people from traffic accidents. We hope that the Vietnamese people are always conscious to reduce the rate of traffic accidents in our country.

Traffic problems in Vietnam are on an alarming level. Those wounded people just for a minute missed, but now can not walk, even no longer in this world. To overcome this situation, we should raise the issue of traffic safety more. An toàn giao thông là vấn đề không mới nhưng lại không bao giờ cũ. Bởi đây là vấn đề liên hệ trực tiếp đến tính mạng con người. Để đảm bảo an toàn giao thông cho mọi người, bộ giao thông đã đưa ra nhiều điều luật thiết thực, như: Phải đội mũ bảo hiểm khi tham gia giao thông, không uống rượu bia khi tham gia giao thông, không lạng lách, đánh võng, chở vật cồng kềnh… Nhờ vậy, tỉ lệ tai nạn giao thông ngày càng giảm đi. Tuy nhiên, vẫn có những vụ tai nạn thương tâm xảy ra trên nước ta, do ý thức tham gia giao thông chưa thật tốt. Vì thế, mỗi người trong chúng ta cần nêu cao ý thức tự giác của bản thân, để bảo vệ cho an toàn của chính mình và xã hội.

n Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.
With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.
In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on
motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.
In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Thứ nhất, có quá nhiều người sử dụng đường đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm khi mọi người chạy ra ngoài đi làm và đi học hoặc về nhà từ những nơi đó. Thứ hai, có quá nhiều phương tiện lưu thông trên đường dẫn đến tắc đường. Một vấn đề khác là nhiều con đường hẹp và gập ghềnh. Thứ tư, ngày nào cũng có tai nạn giao thông xảy ra khiến rất nhiều người mất mạng hoặc bị thương. Vì vậy, để đi trên đường an toàn, tôi nghĩ chúng ta nên tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông và các biển báo giao thông. Hơn nữa, tính cẩn thận là rất cần thiết.

Trong số các vấn đề của xã hội thì an toàn giao thông đang là một trong những vấn đề lớn rung lên hồi chuông cảnh báo bởi nó liên quan trực tiếp đến tính mạng con người. An toàn giao thông là khái niệm chỉ sự an toàn đối với người tham gia lưu thông trên đường bộ, đường thủy, đường hàng không, là ý thức chấp hành tốt các luật lệ về giao thông, cư xử phù hợp khi lưu thông trên đường. Theo đó, thực trạng về vấn đề đảm bảo an toàn giao thông được đánh giá ở ba phương diện chính, đó là tai nạn giao thông, vi phạm luật giao thông và cơ sở hạ tầng giao thông. Hiện nay, dù số vụ tai nạn giao thông đã giảm nhưng vẫn đang ở mức báo động khi trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2014, cả nước xảy ra 18.697 vụ, làm chết 6.758 người, làm bị thương 17.835 người. Đi kèm đó, số lượng người vi phạm luật giao thông ngày càng tăng với các lỗi phổ biến như: không đội mũ bảo hiểm, vượt đèn đỏ, đi sai làn đường,… nghiêm trọng hơn khi người tham gia giao thông còn có thái độ không tôn trọng cảnh sát giao thông, cố tình trốn chạy và không chịu hợp tác. Nguyên nhân của tình trạng trên đều xuất phát chủ yếu từ ý thức tham gia giao thông của người dân, bên cạnh đó còn là những tiêu cực trong ngành giao thông khi cán bộ, cảnh sát giao thông có biểu hiện tham nhũng, vụ lợi. Chính vì vậy, để đảm bảo an toàn giao thông, chúng ta cần cải thiện ý thức của người dân, nâng cao trách nhiệm và tinh thần làm việc nghiêm túc của cán bộ, không ngừng nâng cấp cơ sở hạ tầng để đảm bảo cho người dân tham gia giao thông an toàn.

It's true that there are a wide range of traffic problems in Vietnam. I think the main reason of these problems is that people's sense of road safety is not good. Firstly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams, especially in the rush hour when people go out or get home. Secondly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people are injured or lose their lives . Will reduce the population if it keeps going on.Another problem is that the road in our big cities are narrow and bumpy. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. In order to go on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. i hope traffic in Vietnam will get better in the future
